Overview
Leh is the joint capital of Ladakh and was once the capital of the Himalayan kingdom of Ladakh. Leh has many attractions, including the Old Town, Leh Palace, and many religious sites. covers about 45,000 square miles (117,000 square km) and contains the Ladakh Range, which is a southeastern extension of the Karakoram Range, and the upper Indus River valley. It is one of the highest regions of the world. Its natural features consist mainly of high plains and deep valleys.
Itinerary
Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day to leisure to the high altitude and rarefied air. Meet with staff from the Snow Leopard Conservancy for a briefing on the history of snow leopard conversation in ladakah. Overnight at Leh.
After breakfast we will drive east towards Taglang La and the villages of Gya, Lhato, and Meru.This drive takes you away from the valley of the Indus up a subsidiary valley. You have a chance of sighting wildlife including Blue sheep, Golden eagle and Bearded vultures.

After breakfast we will drive west on the road to Kargil and Srinagar, following the Indus River, and pass through the small town of Nimmu. The landscape is big, expansive, and open and afterwards on a dirt road, winding up a narrow valley, following a stream called the Ulley Chhu.

After breakfast on arrival adjust to the higher altitude of Ulley, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. You will track the snow leopard, and you will be amazed at their dedication and commitment. You will explore the area on foot and SUV's, and get insights into local folklore and customs.

After breakfast we will drive back to Leh, visit Alchi Monastery en route, and spend the afternoon shopping and exploring the Leh Market. This is a great opportunity to pick up some local souvenirs and try some local cuisine. Leh Market is a bustling place and you can find everything from local handicrafts to trekking gear.

After breakfast check out at the hotel and transferred to the airport for onward destination.

- If booking is 30 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 15% of the package cost required
- If booking is between 30 days to 15 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 30% of the package cost is required
- If travel is within 15 days of the travel date: We will require 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If booking is 15 days before the travel date: 100% refund for Domestic Packages.
- if booking is 30 days before the travel date: 100% refund for International Packages.
- Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
- Between 15 days to 1 Day before the travel date: 100% cancellation on Domestic & International Packages.
