Definitions
- "Company" means Beyond Journey LLP.
- "Customer" means the person or entity who purchases travel services from the Company.
- "Travel services" means any travel-related services provided by the Company, including but not limited to flights, hotels,Holidays, car rentals, and tours.
Bookings
- Customers must book travel services through the Company's email query@beyondjourney.in
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking travel services.
- The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the Customer.
- The Company accepts last minute booking. However, the chosen services will depend on they. In case of unavailable services, the company will accommodate or provide alternate arrangements.
- Customers must pay 10% for booking confirmation as down payment at the time of booking, and 90% one month before the departure/arrival date
- The Company accepts payment by bank transfer, UPI, credit card, debit card.
- The Company reserves the right to charge a processing fee for all Credit Card payments.
- Customers should inform if they cancel travel services for any reason.
- The cancellation fee depends on the days of prior notice and varies as per the services ancellation charge
- The Company is not responsible for any non-refundable fees charged by third-party providers, such as airlines and hotels.
- In case of cancellations due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances, the Company is not responsible for extra accommodation charges.
- The Company will issue a refund for canceled travel services, minus any applicable cancellation fees. The cancellation fees is mentioned in the “Cancellation” section.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of the cancellation date.
- The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen refunds.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to travel services, including but not limited to flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Customers are responsible for notifying the Company in case of any changes in travel services.
- The Company will notify Customers of any changes as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes to travel services.
- The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Customers as a result of travel services provided by the Company.
- The Company's liability is limited to the amount of the Customer's payment for travel services.
- The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Customers as a result of events beyond the Company's control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Customers with respect to travel services provided by the Company.
- Any modifications to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
