Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply whenever you book travel with Beyond Journey: how a booking is made and paid for, what happens if it changes or is cancelled, and what we are responsible for.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Beyond Journey LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By booking or using our travel services, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

  • Company refers to Beyond Journey LLP.

  • Customer refers to any individual or entity purchasing travel services from the Company.

  • Travel Services include, but are not limited to, flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals, tours, and other related travel arrangements provided by the Company.

Bookings

All bookings must be made through the Company’s official email:

  • The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of booking. The Company shall not be liable for any errors, losses, or additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
  • Last-minute bookings may be accepted, subject to availability. In case the selected services are unavailable, the Company will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives.

Payment Terms

Non-refundable 10% At confirmation

A 10% non-refundable booking amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

90% 30+ days before travel

The remaining 90% of the total trip cost must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure/arrival date.

The Company accepts payments via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card

The Company reserves the right to levy applicable processing charges for credit card transactions.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations

  • Customers must notify the Company in writing in case of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges shall apply as per the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • The Company is not responsible for any non-refundable charges imposed by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other vendors.
  • In case of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, the Company shall not be responsible for additional accommodation, transportation, or related expenses.

Refund Policy

Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting relevant cancellation charges as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.
  • The Company is not liable for any lost, misdirected, or stolen refund payments once processed.

Changes to Travel Services

Our side

  • The Company reserves the right to make necessary changes to travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, transportation, or itineraries due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of any changes at the earliest possible time.

Your side

  • Customers must promptly inform the Company of any requested changes.
  • Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the Customer or due to external circumstances shall be borne by the Customer.

Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary between Customers and third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour operators).

The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from travel services provided by third parties.

The Company shall not be responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of God
  • War or terrorism
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes or labor disputes

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer with respect to the travel services provided.

Any amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and formally acknowledged by the Company.
