


Overview
The Valley of Flowers Trek stands out as one of India’s most breathtaking and sought-after trekking destinations. Renowned for its vibrant alpine flora and set amidst the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand, this trek offers a mesmerizing experience that rejuvenates the soul. Situated in the Chamoli district, the Valley of Flowers National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized under Criterion (vii) and Criterion (x). Covering an area of 87 square kilometers, it is home to a diverse array of rare and endangered plant and animal species, including Blue Poppies, Brahmakamal, Cobra Lily, Primula, Asiatic Black Bear, Snow Leopard, Blue Sheep, Musk Bear, Brown Bear, Red Fox, and numerous Himalayan bird species.

Itinerary
Pickup from Rishikesh and drive to Joshimath (288 km, approx. 10-11 hours). Overnight stay at a homestay.
After breakfast, drive from Govindghat to Pulna by local taxi (5 km, 30 minutes), followed by a trek to Ghangaria (9 km, 5-6 hours). Altitude: 10,101 feet. Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Trek from Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers (10 km, 7-8 hours). Altitude: 12,140 feet. Return to Ghangaria for overnight stay.
Trek from Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib (12 km, 7-8 hours). Altitude: 14,100 feet. Return to Ghangaria for overnight stay.
Trek back from Ghangaria to Pulna (9 km, 4-5 hours), followed by a drive to Govind Ghat and then to Joshimath. Overnight stay at homestay.
Drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh (288 km, approx. 10-11 hours).
Inclusions
- Accommodation at all places as per the itinerary (triple/ quad sharing).
- Dinner from Day 1 to breakfast day 6.
- Transportation in Tempo Traveler/ Sumo for all days as per itinerary.
- Experienced local driver and group leader with great knowledge of the terrain.
- First Aid kit for emergency.
- Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes.

Exclusions
- 5% GST.
- Personal toiletry items.
- Personal use medical kit.
- On the first day en route to base camp the breakfast and lunch are not included.
- Last day en route lunch and Dinner are not included.
- Please carry your Tiffin box for Packed Lunch on Day Time.
- Alcoholic Beverages.
- Medical Expenses.
- Personal expenses such as mules or porters to carry luggage.
- Any expenses caused due to conditions beyond our control such as road.
- Cost incurred due to change in itinerary due to landslides, roadblocks or factors beyond human control.
Things to carry with you
Backpack (50-60 liters).
Sturdy hiking boots (preferably leather upper for ankle support).
Lightweight shoes or sandals for camp.
Nylon socks (3 pairs).
Long-sleeve hiking shirts (2).
Warm shirts and pants (2 each).
Raincoat or poncho.
Warm jacket.
Changes of underwear (2-3).
Sun hat and sunglasses (preferably with anchor).
Sun protection lotion and lip balm.
Water bottles (preferably 1-liter capacity).
Headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries.
Toiletry articles (toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper).
Reusable bags for trash.
Glucose powder, basic medicines (headache, diarrhea, motion sickness), Dettol, bandages, cotton, energy bars.
Payment Policy
- We accept all major online payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Please note that payments via MasterCard and Visa incur a 2.5% processing fee through our payment gateway.
- We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
- Partial payments are not permitted; full payment of the trip fee as per our payment policy is required to confirm your reservation.
- Currently, we do not offer EMI payment options.
- Weekend Trips and Treks
- Initial booking requires a deposit of 20% of the total trip package.
- The remaining balance must be settled 10 days prior to the trip departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 90% refund.
- Cancellations between 15 to 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days or less, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
