Overview
Dooars, also known as Duars, is a region in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas in West Bengal, India. It's a popular tourist destination known for its natural beauty, wildlife, and tea gardens.It is a gateway to Bhutan and is located between the Teesta River in West Bengal. The Dooars valley is specially noted for its wildlife sanctuaries, the most notable of which are the National Park of Gorumara, Chapramari forests, the Buxa Tiger Reserve and and the Jaldapara Santuary. Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan on the bank of river Jaladhaka a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan- The place is also known for Ginger and Cardamom plantations. Khayerbari park is famous for Royal Bengal Tigers or Leopards & Jalpdara Park is famous for Elephant Safari.
Itinerary
On arrival at NJP railway station. Our representative will warmly welcome you on arrival, there after you will depart towards your dream destinations. It is a rich tropical forests, innumerable hill streams cutting across the green carpet, undulating plains makes this a tourist hotspot. It ensures a pleasant climate round the year Gorumara National Park, Chapramari Wild Life Sanctuary, Jhalong, Bindu, Samsing, Suntalekhola are the famous tourist spots known for its Wild Life and Tea Tourism. After reaching at Gorumara we assist you to check in at hotel and take rest.
Overnight at Gorumara.
In the early morning, transfer to booking counter to reserve your jeep safari at Gorumara forest. After 2 hours safari get back to resort and have a breakfast. Moves toward Murti River famous picnic point. Then visit to Jhalong, Bindu in the lap of Himalaya, the area is diversified as flaura and fauna. Jhalong is the bank of the river Jaladhaka on the Indo- Bhutan Border in the foothills of Himalayas, on the way to Bindu. The major attraction are scenic beauty, birds and water body. It is the last village of West Bengal before one enters. Bhutan on the bank of river Jaladhaka a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan. The place is also known for Ginger and Cardamom plantations. In the late evening, campfire & tribal dance at the resort can be arranged.
Overnight at Lataguri.
In the morning we will have a breakfast, moves towards South Khayerbari. There were eight tigers in South Khayerbari rescue centre from which seven had been seized from different circus and one was a brought from alipur Zoo. It has 18 leopards in it. A leopard Safari, the only one of its kind in India, can also be availed in Souuth Khayerbari Eco Park.
Jalpadara National Park is the second highest population of Rhino in India after Khaziranga National Park.
Overnight at Jaldapara.
In the morning breakfast, visit Rocky Islands,Samsing,Suntalekhola in the lap of Himalaya. The area is known as its Flora and fauna. Samsing is a village around 3000 feet known for its landscape, tea gardens and the forest. It is also a gateway of Neora Valley National Park. Suntalekhola is named for Suntaley, one can spot exotic species of birds and butterflies.
Overnight at Lataguri.
After breakfast check-out at the resort, your heart will never allow you to leave this place but your destination awaits you. Today we depart from Gorumara / Lataguri with a cute smile on your face remembering all the sweet memories spent here and drive back to NJP Railway Station for onward destination.

Payment Policy
- If booking is 30 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 15% of the package cost required
- If booking is between 30 days to 15 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 30% of the package cost is required
- If travel is within 15 days of the travel date: We will require 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If booking is 15 days before the travel date: 100% refund for Domestic Packages.
- if booking is 30 days before the travel date: 100% refund for International Packages.
- Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
- Between 15 days to 1 Day before the travel date: 100% cancellation on Domestic & International Packages.
