Itinerary

Commence your journey from Dehradun, traveling approximately 180 kilometers over a scenic drive that takes around 7 to 8 hours. Natin Village, situated at an altitude of 2,250 meters (7,400 feet), marks the first destination of your expedition, offering a peaceful start amidst lush landscapes and mountain vistas.

 

Today involves a trek of about 4 to 5 kilometers, spanning approximately 4 to 5 hours, ascending to Gui at an altitude of 3,000 meters (9,800 feet). The trail provides a gradual ascent surrounded by pristine natural beauty, setting the stage for the adventures ahead.

 

The journey continues with a 3-kilometer trek lasting around 2 hours to Chilapada, located at 3,300 meters (10,500 feet). This short, scenic trek offers immersive views of the rugged terrain and a chance to acclimate at higher elevations.

 

Begin with a 5-kilometer trek from Chilapada to Dayara Top, reaching an altitude of 3,700 meters (12,000 feet) over 5 to 6 hours. After enjoying the panoramic vistas from the summit, descend approximately 6 kilometers to Nayata in 3 to 4 hours, at an altitude of 2,800 meters (9,200 feet). This segment combines high-altitude exploration with breathtaking mountain scenery.

 

Descend back to Natin Village, covering about 5 kilometers over roughly 3 hours. Natin, at 2,250 meters (7,400 feet), provides a welcoming environment to relax and reflect on the trek’s highlights before concluding the journey.

 

Conclude your expedition with a scenic drive from Natin Village back to Dehradun, covering 180 kilometers in approximately 7 to 8 hours. This journey offers a moment to unwind and absorb the memories of your adventure amidst the Himalayan landscapes.

 

Inclusions

  • Accommodation at all locations as per the itinerary (twin/triple/quad sharing basis).
  • Nutritious vegetarian dinners on Day 01 to breakfast, on day 6.

Exclusions

  • Personal toiletries and medical kits.
  • Breakfast and lunch on the first day en route to the base camp; lunch and dinner on the last day are also not included.
  • Personal expenses such as mules or porters.
  • Alcoholic beverages and medical expenses.
  • Costs arising from itinerary changes due to natural calamities like landslides or roadblocks.
  • Any services or items not explicitly mentioned above.

Payment Policy

  • We accept all major online payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Please note that payments via MasterCard and Visa incur a 2.5% processing fee through our payment gateway.
  • We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
  • Partial payments are not permitted; full payment of the trip fee as per our payment policy is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Currently, we do not offer EMI payment options.
  • Weekend Trips and Treks
  • Initial booking requires a deposit of 20% of the total trip package.
  • The remaining balance must be settled 10 days prior to the trip departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations between 15 to 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days or less, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
