Overview
The name Darjeeling comes from the Tibetan words "dorje" meaning thunderbolt and "ling" meaning a place or land. In the early 19th century, Darjeeling was identified as a summer retreat for British officials, soldiers, and their families. Darjeeling is known as the "Queen of the Hills" and is famous for its tea industry, panoramic views of the Himalayas, and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. On a clear day the city affords a magnificent view of Kanchenjunga is the third highest peak in the world. The tea gardens, rolling hills, and lush greenery add to its picturesque charm. Tiger hill is the highest point in the darjeeling & it offers magnificent views of the sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga can be found a top of Tiger hills.
Itinerary
On arrival at airport or railway station from darjeeling. Our repersentative will welcome on arrivala and transfer to the hotel and check in. There after we will depart for your dream destinations. Throughout your journey, we can enjoy with versatility of climate. Pleasant weather will win your heart completely and more this journey offers magnificent views of the mountains, valleys and village life, the forest, waterfalls, hills covered with tea gardens. Darjeeling is also known as " Queen Of Hills".
Overnight in Darjeeling.
In the morning, your tour starts with visiting Tiger hill surise point. 11 km far from city, we will watch the combined beauty of different colors, clouds, hills, snowy Mt. Kangchenjaunga and vast landscape of a Darjeeling. After breakfast visit most famous tourist points including Darjeeling Zoo, Mountaineering Institute, Happy Valley Tea Estate, Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee center and Japenese center and Peace pagoda.
In the evening, we will be allocate for leisure time or walk to the local market, see their culture activities, diversity and trend.
Overnight at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, we will visit to famous Sumendu Lake where you get the scenic views with central attraction as the (1.25 kms) long lake surrounded by Dhupi Trees on its western bank and vast garden on eastern bank. Mirik is a tranquil laid back hill station. The area are surrounded by many rolling tea estates on mountain slopes. Enjoy boating and horse riding. Return Darjeeling in the evening and have free leisure time.
Overnight at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, today we will depart from Darjeeling with a cute smile on your face remembering all the sweet moments spent here and drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for ownward destination.

- If booking is 30 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 15% of the package cost required
- If booking is between 30 days to 15 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 30% of the package cost is required
- If travel is within 15 days of the travel date: We will require 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If booking is 15 days before the travel date: 100% refund for Domestic Packages.
- if booking is 30 days before the travel date: 100% refund for International Packages.
- Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
- Between 15 days to 1 Day before the travel date: 100% cancellation on Domestic & International Packages.
