Hotel policies
Free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in. Cancelling inside 24 hours is charged one night's tariff plus taxes. No-shows are charged the full stay.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Taxes and the Beyond Journey service fee are refunded whenever the room fare is refunded.
Children under 6 stay free using existing bedding. Extra beds for older children are chargeable and subject to availability.
Pets are not permitted at this property, with the exception of registered service animals.
Early check-in is offered on request and depends on room availability that morning. It may carry a charge set by the property.
Late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged at a half-day or full-day tariff. Please confirm with reception the night before.
