We must visit trek is the Triund trek, offering picturesque camping spots and unforgettable stargazing opportunities with the Dhauladhar mountains as a backdrop and the Kangra Valley below. Just a short distance away, Bir, known as the paragliding capital of India, is perfect for adventure seekers and peaceful souls alike. It boasts vibrant monasteries, cozy cafes, lush tea gardens, and some of the most breathtaking sunset points.

Itinerary

We depart from Delhi around 6 PM in an AC Vehicle. (Know the true value of time, snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it.) Pit stop for dinner at any decent roadside restaurant.

 

Upon reaching Mcleodganj, we’ll check into our hotel rooms and spend some leisure time. Afterward, we will head out for a local sightseeing tour where we would be visiting the Namgyal Monastery, Bhagsunag waterfall, and the local Tibetan Market. We will also go to a cafe hoping to hog on some Tibetan delicacies. Dinner was followed by an overnight stay in Mcleodganj.

After early morning breakfast, we’ll head out for a trek towards Triund hill which is situated at the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges and is known as the crown jewel of Dharamshala. At an elevation of 9432 ft, the Triund Top offers stunning views of the entire Kangra Valley. The trail is adorned with pine trees and stretches up to an expanse of lush green grassland. We will be spending the night under the blanket of stars overlooking the mighty Dhauladhars. Dinner and overnight stay in camps.

 

After early morning breakfast, we will check out from our campsite and descend down to Mcleodganj. Post arrival at Mcleodganj we will head towards Bir which is situated at an elevation of 5,003 ft and is popularly known as the Paragliding Capital of India. En route, we’d be traversing through Dharamshala which is the humble abode of the Dalai Lama. We will also visit the Dharamshala Stadium. Reach Bir, Check-in to the Camps, Rest for a while after a short journey. Later head out for the sightseeing - Visit Monasteries around the village and checkout the local market for some shopping and café hopping for Tibetan cuisine. Enjoy the beautiful sunset in the Mountains. Later come back to the campsite and enjoy the bonfire and music. Dinner and overnight stay at the camps.

 

Morning post breakfast check out and drive for 1 Hr. to paragliding take off point at Billing for paragliding session. Safety briefing by pilot for Paraglider and paragliding flight up to 30 mins. with experience as a pilot. Landing at Bir. Later explore local café or go mountain biking (not included in the package). Later in the evening, we departed for Delhi with lots of everlasting memories together.

Exclusions

  • GST (5%) extra.
  • Travel insurance, tips, laundry, and other personal expenses.
  • Entry fees, optional activities, paragliding in Bir, GoPro video shots, and insurance for paragliding.
  • Additional costs for snow-chained or 4x4 vehicles in case of snowfall.
  • Expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, roadblocks).

Warm jackets/sweaters depending on the season.
Raincoat or umbrella (during monsoon season).
Reusable water bottles and snacks like chocolates or dry fruits.
Personal care items, toiletries, and medicines.
Phone, camera, power bank, and photography equipment.
Sunglasses, torch, and adequate cash for shopping or cafes.
Personal ID (Aadhaar, driving license, passport, etc.).

Payment Policy

  • We accept all major online payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Please note that payments via MasterCard and Visa incur a 2.5% processing fee through our payment gateway.
  • We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
  • Partial payments are not permitted; full payment of the trip fee as per our payment policy is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Currently, we do not offer EMI payment options.
  • Weekend Trips & Trek:
  • Initial booking requires a deposit of 20% of the total trip package.
  • The remaining balance must be settled 10 days prior to the trip departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations between 15 to 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days or less, including no-shows, are non- refundable.
