Itinerary

Upon arrival at Haridwar / Dehradun Airport, our driver will pick you from the station or airport and drive to Guptkashi. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Meals: Dinner.

Early morning at 6.30 AM report to the helipad in time to board the chopper for Kedarnath. Upon arrival in Kedarnath, proceed to visit Shri Kedarnath Temple, performing Pooja and Darshan. Later reach at Helipad in time to board the chopper. Our driver will pick you from Helipad point and transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.

After breakfast Check-out from the hotel. Later transfer from Guptkashi and drop you at Haridwar Railway station.

  • Helicopter charges at Kedarnath INR 7000 - 12000 Approx. (Till 80Kg) per person (Subject to Availability).
  • This is the approximate price For Helicopter & subject to Boarding Point (If the Boarding Point Change so price can vary).
  • Air fare / train fare.
  • 5% GST.
  • VIP Darshan
  • Helicopter ticket and VIP Darshan charges
  • Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
  • Porterage during trekking
  • Entrance fees during sightseeing
  • Expense incurred due to bad weather conditions, road closes, landslides etc.

Things to carry with you

Carry snacks with you in case of long traffic jams/landslides. Carry Drinking Water, and medicines with you. Carry Rain Coat / Umbrella, torch, minimum luggage with you. Carry enough winter clothing.

Payment Policy

  • If booking is 30 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 15% of the package cost required
  • If booking is between 30 days to 15 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 30% of the package cost is required
  • If travel is within 15 days of the travel date: We will require 100% payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • If booking is 15 days before the travel date: 100% refund for Domestic Packages.
  • if booking is 30 days before the travel date: 100% refund for International Packages.
  • Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
  • Between 15 days to 1 Day before the travel date: 100% cancellation on Domestic & International Packages.
